Collection of personal data

Personal data refers to a living person who can be identified from the data. The identification may be by personal information alone or together with any other information in the possession of the data collector or likely to come into possession of such information. The processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

MŠL studio currently collects personal data only for the purpose of registration for workshops, records and information about them.

The following information is collected: NAME, SURNAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER , with prior consent on the application form.

The collected data will not be made available to unauthorized third parties in any way, except for the purpose prescribed by law. All data will be deleted after the purpose for which they were sent or collected has ceased to exist.

Consent management

Consent is a voluntary, informed and unambiguous expression of the client's wishes by which they give their consent to the processing of personal data through a clear affirmative action.

Rights under GDPR

Everyone whose personal data we process has the following rights guaranteed by the GDPR:

• right to access and insight into data

• the right to be informed about the processing of personal data

• right to data portability

• right to withdraw consent

• right to file a complaint

• the right to correct and change personal data if the data is incomplete or inaccurate

• the right to erasure in cases such as the cessation of the purpose of processing, withdrawal of consent or in the event of an objection

Duration of storage of personal data processing

In some cases, MŠL studio is obliged to store personal data for the period of time (period) prescribed by the relevant legal regulations for a particular purpose. If data storage is not legally defined, then the storage of personal data is limited by the cessation of the purpose for which the data was collected. Personal data is deleted upon the expiration of the legal period that obliges MŠL studio to store certain personal data or, as previously stated, upon the cessation of the purpose of processing such data, they are deleted.

Technical and organizational measures

MŠL studio has a number of technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. These measures are related to the protection of office documents, computer protection, data destruction, employee conduct rules, and contractual relationships with our external service providers.
